Today, we proudly serve over 4,000 lockboxes, support 10,000 daily users, and facilitate 173 million transactions annually.
Our story took flight when we integrated our image delivery system with an industry-leading remittance processing platform, creating a comprehensive lockbox solution for our banking partners. This pivotal step laid the foundation for what has become a cornerstone of our services.
In 2001, a leading banking institution partnered with ImageHawk to consolidate data from its ten retail and wholesale lockbox processing sites into a single, centralized archive. We delivered a bank-branded image service platform designed for high-performance ingestion of check images and metadata, while implementing distributed archives for real-time viewing and long-term storage. This solution became integral to their lockbox operations, enabling seamless access to images and transaction data for both internal teams and external customers.
This achievement was just the beginning. As the banking landscape evolved, so did ImageHawk. We enhanced our image delivery system by introducing IH Remit, a secure, web-based portal that provides real-time access to lockbox deposit transaction data, correspondence and images. With features like real-time exception management, automated data entry, and split payment capabilities, IH Remit empowers our bank partners to modernize their lockbox, enhance deposit growth, and deliver innovative receivable solutions to their customers.
